Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nombor4d platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and nombor4d as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
The nombor4d platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Should any false information regarding age be provided, nombor4d reserves the right to terminate your account immediately.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To use nombor4d's services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. nombor4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately.
Users are responsible for all activities carried out under their account, whether by themselves or by any other party with access to it. nombor4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to the user's own negligence.
Platform Usage Rules You Must Comply With
Users of the nombor4d platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unauthorised advantage.
- Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting the platform's technical systems to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership to a third party without nombor4d's written consent.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or any other applicable laws.
- Spreading misleading, offensive, or defamatory content that could damage the reputation of nombor4d or other users.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or nombor4d's internal systems.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances associated with the violating activity, and legal action where necessary. nombor4d reserves the right to make final decisions on all rule violation cases.
Payment Policy, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the nombor4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). nombor4d does not accept foreign currency transactions directly. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG, and direct bank transfers. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out on the platform. nombor4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with appropriate notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered by the user. nombor4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the defined threshold. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take up to three business days.
Nombor4d is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment providers. All deposits credited to an account are final unless a technical error has been confirmed by nombor4d.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Nombor4d does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, nombor4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Nombor4d's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time the relevant claim is made. This limit applies to all claims arising from use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the nombor4d platform are the exclusive property of nombor4d or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from nombor4d.
Third-Party Links
The nombor4d platform may contain references or links to third-party services. nombor4d does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Account Policy, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Nombor4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, or upon request by the relevant authorities. For closures resulting from user violations, nombor4d reserves the right to forfeit balances associated with those activities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the nombor4d support team via email. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable verification requirements and procedures.
Amendments to These Terms
Nombor4d reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the channels established under applicable Malaysian law.
